I helped Diligent to build a new team to build a data warehouse from scratch. The goal was to consolidate the data and industry intelligence they get from various data sources. It was built in AWS, running Apache Airflow. I worked on rewriting legacy VB scrapers collecting proxy voting data to Python and move them to AWS.
Manzama is a product that aggregates intelligence primarily for organizations and advisory firms. My role here was to help develop the product and manage releases, as the product was not using microservices and traditional CI/CD systems, this was a rather challenging daily task. Django backend, running on SaltStack + GCP VMs. I helped a team of less experienced engineers to take over the project, guided them to use industry standard best practices and navigate the difficult infrastructure setup this project had.
I worked on the toolchain of an AI platform from IPSoft, Amelia. The team used Python, Ansible, Docker and Kubernetes.
I worked on integrating an AI based solution into kitchens of a market leading restaurant chain in the US. The solution used OpenCV with a PyTorch backend running YOLOv3 models. Communication between components was done via nanomessage. Deploying (Docker, -swarm, Kubernetes) & maintaining was done using Gitlab CI, the deployment targets were NVIDIA Jetson TX2 boards running Debian/Ubuntu. I set up a TIG stack so we can monitor and do easy post-event analysis. I worked on implementing a standalone streaming library (MJPEG and RTSP) for in-house applications, then integrated it into a ROS2 based application.
I designed a complete, easy to upscale robotic infrastructure for the purpose of replacing human interaction during the testing POS terminals. I selected the motors, designed the 3D models for the joints, eventually moving the parts into a metallic box-shaped frame with ball-bearing rails. The controller was written in Python with a Flask API, allowing HTTP Request based interaction, all running on a Raspberry Pi. I integrated the robot into the already existing Android tests, so the CI was able to trigger tests with it. I started developing an AI to recognize patterns on the screen on the POS allowing the robot to be integrated into an industry-standard test kit from UL.
Developing automated tests for the join.me HTML5 client, maintaining various environments for the tests to enable parallelization using C#, Selenium, and Azure.

I participated in the Coder Dojo programme during my time at LogMeIn. We used a rover robot, Codie, built specifically for the purpose of teaching kids basic aspects of programming
